Your table is ready.
Match a shape. Match a number. Make your last card count.
Six cards each. First out wins.
Your Whot can ask for any of the five shapes.
Play a card matching the pile by shape or number, or play Whot 20 and ask for a shape. You can always go to market instead: draw one and end your turn.
1 · Hold on: play again. If you cannot follow, go to market.2 · Pick two: the next player draws two and misses their turn. No stacking.14 · General market: everyone else draws one, then the next player takes their turn.20 · Whot: ask for a shape. It stays in force through market draws until someone plays that shape or another Whot changes it.
8 is a plain card. “Last card!” is announced automatically—there is no call button or penalty. The first empty hand wins. Everyone else is ranked by card count, then hand value; stars count double and Whot counts 20. Exact ties keep table order.
When the market runs out, the pile is shuffled back in, keeping its top card. If nothing remains to draw, the draw is skipped.
Keyboard: Tab to your playable cards, then Enter or Space to play. Press M to go to market. In the shape picker, arrow keys choose and Enter confirms.
Online: create a room and share its four-letter code, or join an open table. Spare seats become bots when the host deals; extra guests watch. Turns have 20 seconds. If time runs out, a bot covers your seat until you choose Take my seat back. A dropped seat is reserved for 60 seconds. Messages use the named player badges above the table. Online games keep running when panels are open; local games have Pause.
